No, I am not thinking about cheating, and I do not believe my husband is either. I thought we were totally in love and happy until last night when we were watching a movie, Old School, and one of the guys was in couseling with his wife and said he was scared to be with one woman for the rest of his life. I asked my husband if he was scared before we got married and he said he was not scared but was curious what it would have been like to have that last hurrah before being with the same person forever. I have been really hurt that he said that and do not know what to think, neither of us would ever think of cheating though.

Sure, fantasy's are normal, and actually help keep some heat in your relationship. It's harmless as long as you don't plan on actually going through with it.

Being married does not stop people from having fantasies about having sex with someone else. It's not something that most would tell their spouses, they keep that to themselves. A fantasy like that can be harmless as long as people don't act on it and have affairs but instead honor their marriage vows and stay faithful to the one they're married to.

My question is why you are asking this are you thinking of cheating? If so why? Did you not take vows to love, honor, and Cherish? I think thinking of having sex with another person other than your spouse is a sign you need to seek counseling to figure out why or what is causing you to be so unhappy you would do something unforgivable.

I think its naturally, Nick lachey had Jessica Simpson, got bored of it and moved on, I think you should be allowed to at least think about it, I mean you only live once and life is short, just have fun.

no way. i married my man becus i love him and he takes care of me in every way. i could never think of another man. its kinda sick in a way. becus i have this amazing man next to me and why would i even think of throwing that away.
are you thinking of sleeping with another man?
that means that your relationship is not strong and both of you dont love eachother as much as in the beginning.
you two need to spend more time together. becus if you dont then thats when you start to think of other men.
be careful. dont lose your spouse. they are there for you through thick and thin.

Honestly I think most married people think about it at some time in their relationship. Many people lie and say they don't but do you really believe that?

Definitely most married people do. I think it's normal. If they say they don't do it then they're lying or they are monks. But ofcourse keeping these thoughts in control is upto themselves so that they don't ruin their marriage.

if a married person says he/she does not fantasise then its lying.b'cos its natural... however ppl restrict themselves with fear of getting caught or dont get the oppertunity at the first point.
