I agree with you. She doesn't sound like she's singing and she looked like she lip synched on American Idol (which is a show where even novices have to give a live performance)

Underrated should be damien rice - his song is so actual.. The band Travis - amazingg in case you've not heard them seem them up. Nickel Creek - they have a best sound. Oasis - they have great song.. puffed up ought to for certain be Hannah Montana and Jonas brothers I propose surely!? and a range of of hip hop and rap is too.. there is no longer a lot skills there

OMG who ever said Paris Hilton read my mind in the song it don't even sound like her real talkin voice. She is so fake her chest might not be but her personality R you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! Have you ever heard her talk one minute she's an air head and the next minute she has the voice of a two year old and this beef she got wit Nicole Richie is unnecessary and for the both of them. Nick Lachey and Nelly Furtado. Nick's new album is just a bunch of sappy, poorly-sung and written break-up songs, and Nelly has gone hip-hop, which is a shame. Rihanna, the Pussycat Dolls, and Cassie are also people that can't sing.

i agree with you on shakira, i guess she's a good spanish singer, but i can't understand her when she's singing in english!
as for your question, i would have to say almost every male rapper/hip hop star since they all look and sound the same.

The guy's a complete hack. the only thing he's good at is taking quotes and snippets of video out of context and profiting off of other's actions and decisions without EVER having done anything original or important on his own.

don't take me wrong. i used to love her. (i still do) i've been listening to her stuff since like 1996. if you get any of her old cd's they're really good. just vocals and some guitar. REALLY cool. although al in spanish. but most of her stuff changed. and everyone thinks she's so cool. personally i liked her better before.

if you want real rock listen to some acdc, stones, pantera, cooper, def leppard, Fleetwood Maac... depending on what kind you like
and if you want real rap listen to NWA although i don't really like rap myself

i think most current hit bands are over-rated
