I would say it is time for her to go to a fertility specialist. If for no other reason then to ease your minds. I know plenty of people who have tried for over a year and gotten pg. God works in mysterious ways. But to answer your question I have read that if a woman climaxes right before the male does it opens her cervix more allowing more sperm inside. Also if she hasn't already tell her to put a pillown under her bottom to tilt it up. I heard that can help too. Good luck to you.

I think it doesn't have anything to do with orgasm, but to other things like doing it on the right days, making sure she doesnt have any condition why conception isn't happening (since you say you have taken testes and you're fine) . Maybe she could take a test to find out if anything is not ok, it doesn't matter if she haves regular periods, maybe and infection or something is keeping you guys away from having a baby. I'm sure is nothing serious anyway...good luck

She should be tested. There are many different things it could be for her. Try not to be REAL active for a little while after sex. Lay around in the bed. When my hubby and I were actively trying to conceive the doctor told me to put my bottom in the air on a pillow or two. You may be trying too hard as well. A colleague of mine went on a spontaneous trip with her hubby and they stopped their car on the side of a mountain rest area to have intercourse. I wouldn't recommend that, but she got pregnant. She attributes it to being spontaneous, and not really worrying about trying to get pregnant.

from what i have heard the female oragsim greatly increases the chance the sprem will successfulyl get to the egg becuase some flap opens or somthing and lets the sprem through easier.. I suggest figuring out how to climax at the same time..

Then again this could be complete bullshit, or some old wives tale.. Its still better to climax at the same time though.. You really need to make sure your not the only one getting yours... for happiness reasons.

Also stress can cuase a women to have hard times get inpregnanted.. so relax and enjoy it, dont stress about it.. have fun!

A woman does not need an orgasm to get pregnant, so when the man releases is irrelevant. If it's been a year of trying and she still hasn't conceived, you should see the doctor.

Good luck.

First of all, how are you determining when her most fertile days are? If you don't know the basics of human fertility, there is a pretty high chance you are getting it *wrong*.

Female orgasm probably has *nothing* to do with fertility. If it is at all relevant, it would only make a *tiny* difference.

While the female orgasm helps the process it's not needed, the likelihood of the female conceiving is still high. maybe the problem is that your to uptight about the situation you should try to relax and enjoy yourself more. Although you should still try to have sex on her most fertile days.

An orgasm has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Try to relax and enjoy trying to get pregnant, sometimes when you get upset or try to hard it doesn't work. Also, you might want to skip a day of not trying so you can bring your sperm count up. Good luck.

Orgasm has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Its time your wife went to the Dr to make sure all is well with her. They can do a blood test to see if she is ovulating...if she is, they may send her for a salpinogram to make sure that there are no blockages in her fallopian tubes. None of the tests hurt at all. If she isn't ovulating...they may give her clomid to start ovualtion

The female does not need to orgasm for conception to happen.

I would suggest that your wife talk to her doctor. My parents had problems conceiving for two years after they married and it turned out to be a simple matter of changing positions because my mother had a tilted uterus.
