Stop worrying so much.
First, your cholesterol levels aren't that terrible. My wife had a relative with a number over 300, they told him (Mayo Clinic) "We've only seen two other people with this number and they are both dead now." He did die, but was well over twice your age and that was after cutting the number by well over a hundred points.
Second, they make decaffinated coffee for a reason, some people simply don't tolerate caffine very well. So insist on coffee from the green or orange-handled pot (common convention: brown or black handles show real coffee, green or orange handles mean the pot holds the fake stuff).
Third, see your doctor to make sure that your heart is okay. That will set the mind to some degree of rest. Then the doctor should say something, and if he doesn't then ask, about an exercise program.
Finally, I sometimes get pain after fast food, it is called indigestion. Tums is cheap medicine that usually helps.

Wow, wow, calm down.
I can almost tell you right now that a heart attack at your age is very, very, unheard of. You probably heard that they were deadly because the two guys under 25 that ever got them died. Besides, heart attacks are almost always fatal.
Everyone gets chest pain, I do, I'm 17 with no problems. If you eat a lot of junky food, then you're going to have some pains. You pretty much feeding yourself garbage.
Fix your diet, lay off the coffee, and consider exercising more often.
Unless you are ridiculously obese, a heart attack is pretty much out of the question.
If you're still worried for some reason, visit a cardiologist and get an EKJ done.
Good luck!

Cholesterol drugs help. Statins are known to be effective in helping to bring down bad cholesterol and also act slightly to reduce fatty buildup in the arteries.
You may also need a pill to help with the lipid balance.
The best answer is diet and exercise.
Eat fish, chicken and lots of vegetables. Stay away from red meat particularly. Fast food seems designed to cause this problem big time - give it up now!!!!!!!!
Alcohol is really bad so either cut right back severely or better still cut it out.
Excercise helps. A good strong walk for half an hour twice a day is a good start.
If you are getting pain from coffee and fast food it suggests the valve at the top of your stomach may have weakened and be leaking acid into your oesophogas. The pain in your chest would also fit. This can cause all sorts of problems and needs diagnosing if the problem persists. There are 'proton pump inhibitors', (tablets that stop acid production) that can help this condition. Again alcohol is a villain with this problem.

I am thinking of something else!
beside your high colestrol level...(which can be reduced over time with some effort) you didn't mention any thing about your eating habits! DO you have gastric troubles? upset stomachs? I mean after having food does your stomach get upset easily? since you mention you feel pain in chest after food which (can) means that you may have gas trouble... some time upset stomach causes pain in chest and disturbs heart beat seriously!
Have you ever got Injurd/hit on your left shoulder (and area?)
change your life style... don't eat food after 7pm! don't drink much cofee! if you are active sexually then please be systematic about getting intemate or even masturbating... don't drink much or do drugs at all!!
one other thing! NEVER GET intimidated by your fearful thoughts! always think positive! Always think about good stuff in life and future! make future plans so that your mind and body get use to the idea that you are gonna live long and wishful life! :)
I hope I was helpful bro :)

All the advice that people have given you is good but have you looked into the possibility that you high LDL value could be the result of a genetic disease such as Familial hypercholesterolemia.
If so proper diet, exercise and drugs can markedly bring down your lipid levels but members from your family with a history of heart problems should be screened.

Eating fish helps prevent heart attacks. And if you're scared at night, you could be having mini panic attacks or paranoia. Talk to a doctor or a psychologist, they can help diagnose the problem and prescribe medicine if necessary.

Start eating healthy and exercising regularly. They say that the eating habits that you develop in your 20's are the ones that will remain with you throughout your life typically. Also, coffee will speed up your heart rate. If you are concerned you need to ask your doctor and tell him all of your symptoms. If there is reason for concern, he will let you know.

Replace two meals a day with oatmeal if you can stand it and start walking an hour a day. This will help to reduce LDL value and increase the good cholesterol levels. Oh yeah and definitely go get you some Bayer aspirin.

The caffeine in the coffee is aggrevating the high blood pressure. You should not drink it or drink decaf. you may be overweight and you may need more exercise, usually just losing some weight will lower it for you.
after reading you add'l info, you may need to look into prescription meds to lower it. and try not to let things stress you out. your being worried about it alone can cause you problems.
