Not at all. Yoga and other physical forms of excersize stimulate the secretion of endorphins, helping those with depression and bipolar. Granted, in moderate to severe cases, yoga will not be enough - but it does help.

no,its real work,if you have ever tried it,you would know that even your finger tips become sore,each part of your body gets a work out,now as for the mind,i do not know which yoga that you are speaking of but,when i am done i feel exhausted.
