I work an office, over a year ago, when I got here it came up how everyone gets out of shape working at document control. I mentioned I used to be on a swim team an e-mailed everyone an old pic of mine back when I was on the swim team shirtless with my well defined abs and pecs, and big arms. That was over a year ago, some months ago I was working on this guy PC and saw my pic on My Pictures on his PC, today I saw him browsing his My Pictures and he still has my shirtless pic.
Why does he keep it?

Maybe he thinks it's funny, for some reason.
Maybe it's to remind him of his own fitness goal.
Maybe he thinks you're hot in that pic... or keeps it to tease another (perhaps female) co-worker who commented to him that you were.
Maybe it's to remind him which "creep" sent the
whole office a shirtless pic of himself.
Maybe he just doesn't delete stuff very often -- a lot of people don't -- and you're reading something into it when nothing is there.

Lol its not the same. But it also is not equal for a guy to take a picture of his package. Male of have one sex organ. Women have two. So..Male package counts more then a girl shirtless pic. So.. But yes, guy shirtless, and girlshirtless are not same.

It could just mean he files all pictures he gets, and doesn't bother to sort through or throw them out.
Or he could be saving it to show people just for fun: "A new guy came in and sent everybody in the office this (dated) shirtless picture of himself! Can you believe it?!?"
I was just inspired to point out some of the possibilities to you, because I suspect you may be a tad self-absorbed.

I have many pictures that people have sent me. I just have not deleted them. I have one pictures in there that is 3 years old.
I think your being paranoid.

I think its funny when females whine "I took my clothes off in front of a camera and now people are looking at them" Let this be a lesson to you, in the future KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ON!!!!!
