Many people do this for a fee (including myself, I have a BBA in Entrepreneurship). However, in the interest of helping a strugling entrepreneur, I will let you in the sources that I use when I am stuck in the planning process. The BEST freind that you have is the SBDC (Small Business Development Center) that is usually associated with your local Chamber of Commerce. You can locate them and get access to their resources (including consultation with a SCORE professional) free of charge. They are publicly funded and never charge for their services (except a small fee for copies). To find the closest office or to use their online resources, check out http://www.sba.gov/. This is the website of the Small Business Adminstration that can link you up with resources in your area to help you. I HIGHLY advise that you locate and meet with a SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives) mentor for the best free advice you can get. These men and women are volunteers that simply like to stay active in the business community by helping people like us benefit from their years of expereince. Also, consider Business Plan Pro from Palo Alto Software. It is very easy to use and can help you put out a solid, professional plan. If you are still stuck, I would be more than willing to help you on a consultation basis. Congradulations on your willingness to go out on your own and on your foresight to know that you need a solid plan to go forward.

I don't know of someone that can do it for you but I do have some resources that may be helpful to you.

Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* Writing a Convincing Business Plan by Arthur R. DeThomas Ph.D., Lin Grensing-Pophal
* The Definitive Business Plan: The Fast Track to Intelligent Business Planning for Executives and Entrepreneurs (2nd Edition) by Richard Stutely
* The Complete Book of Business Plans: Simple Steps to Writing a Powerful Business Plan (Small Business Sourcebooks) by Joseph A. Covello
* The One Page Business Plan with CD-ROM by James T., Jr. Horan

There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
