You need to contact the INS and ask them what is the process to get that changed...you might get in trouble if you just go to another institute without letting them know/ following the procedures.

Contact the student Visa people and ask if you can transfer to another school.

Talk to the school you want to transfer to. They will have an international office that can help you get your paperwork all sorted. Most of the time this should not be a huge problem.

Depends which country your visa is, it's not usually a problem in most countries.
