According to MY Oxford Pocket Dictionary and Thesaurus,
Enquire = to ASK. Enquiry = the ACT of asking.
Inquire = to make an inquiry. Inquiry = an investigation.
That's the ENGLISH definition, so if you're using this form in Britain use Enquiry unless it's a serious investigation!
According to http://dictionary.reference.com/
the American Heritage Dictionary says,
Enquiry = Variant of inquiry.
Inquiry = The act of inquiring.
A question; a query.
A close examination of a matter in a search for information or truth.
So if you're doing this in America, use Inquiry.

If you live in the US, the first one is correct.
If you live in Britain, the second one might be the correct one.
