Maybe they are waiting for the perfect answer. Something along the lines of " I need a wedgie and nobody wants to freaking give it to me!", but until the perfect marriage of bully and victim Q&A they are cursed to roam the planet pounding kids and taking lunch money.

It means, "what is my problem". By asking what is YOUR problem it deflects from the real issue they will not face, they are the one with the problems and do not want anyone to cat ch onto the fact

mainly they just want any reponse from you. they are gonna pound you regardless if you answer or not so....id say it is just a precurser to the main event
