Tabasco sauce or other hot additives. Do you take the plastic thing out that slows how fast it comes out?

You know what I'm talking about? They make it so you can't over do it I guess, but I find it just gets in the way; you can't put too much on I think. That and the red pepper at a pizza place...why are the holes so small?

Just like you thought - so you don't over do it. It's like salt....too much ruins it. Better to shake a little at a time.
