Well $24.99 jeans are great price for JC Penny's. Also they have really good high quality clothes.
And $23 shirt is not bad either. At this one store there halters are $780

Well put it this way you can buy a pair of jeans for 24.99 and if your looking for the sales you might get another pair for almost half off at times. JcPenney runs so many sales if you ever pay full price for something in that store you must be crazy.

that's expensive? Abercrombie and Fitch's jeans start at $60. Don't even talk about Seven for all Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, Earnest Sewn, Hudson, or more! Anyways, I would recommend places like Norstrom Rack, Ross, Marshall's, or TJ Maxx for known-brand clothing at like $14.99. I know someone who found a pair of Roxy Jeans for $6 at Norstrom Rack!

24.99 for jeans is a good price. JC Penney's usually has killer sales. Sometimes you can get 2 pr of jeans for that! I love Penney's.

thats really not too expensive, but they sometimes have good sales where they reduce their jeans to like 11 dollars, i've found many pants there that are $4.77, too because they overstocked. you just have to hit their store at the right time
