I've worked in several call centers and the questions, with their subsequent answers, are based on the purpose of the call center. There are sales centers that call people to set appointments, even to directly make a sales pitch. There are call centers where people place orders from catalogs or web sites when the computer is down. There are service centers where people call to ask such things like "Which accessories go with this product" or in confirmation of something, like the one that you call when you get a new credit card and need to call the number to activate it.

What you are asking is sort of like "What does an apple taste like?" Then I describe a nice, sweet delicious, but you go out and bite into a tart Granny Smith. Why would anyone want tart apples? They go great in pies, sweet apples, paradoxically, don't. What questions are asked in a call center? "When do we get paid? Where are the restrooms? Where are the water fountains?" Those are the three most important ones, even those will depend on which call center.

If your thinking of applying to one (if thats what you mean) DONT. Call centers suck. Try to find something better. All questions asked in a call center are dumb anyway.
