Game sharks have many glitches in their design especially on games like pokemon where you have to save your game. I borrowed one from my friend a couple years ago for a pokemon game. He showed me how to use and if i did it any other way it would mess up the game. So I say you take the stuff back and return and get your money back or get them to show you how it works

me too, but recently I stopped watching the show, I still have a huge card collection and play the gameboy games as well as the gamecube ones as well.

Anyway I haven't seen a gameshark for gameboy advance in quite a while. I believe they stopped making them or something a few years ago so my theory is that it is not compatible with the newer games (i may be wrong) anyways I have an Action Replay that is similar to gameshark but it is still around and works with newer games.

I dont play pokemon any more but you might still play it because it is an RPG game and, sometimes you just need to play a good RPG game.

sorry but i have no clue. nintendo along with other console makers warn or using third party devices. what happened to you may be the reason they warn people. take it back to where you bought it and tell them what happened.
