We have been seeing each other for over a year and Im sure he could possibly do better than me, unfortunatley I love him now. I want to keep him, but not just on the weekends all the time. I have tried to not see him for like two months, miss him terrible and then, it happens again every weekend.

why do you say he could do better than you - you sound like you have a low self-esteem. don't put up with being a weekend lover if you want more than that - you deserve more than that. maybe it is time to realize the importance of your happiness and as much as it will hurt, move on.

Sounds like this is an affair with a married man. If this is true, well you get what you asked for. The best thing to do is to treat this as a mistake and move on with life. Think about it, he is not going to leave his wife, (maybe kids) and go through the "divorce" thing where it gets extremely ugly. You are the only one who must take a stand and stop being used. The longer you let this guy use you, the longer he will. Those are facts. So as hard and cold as this sounds, treat this as a valuable learning lesson and stop this affair and move on to someone you can see all the time.

Find out what he's doing during the week. Maybe he's got a family stashed away somewhere.
And tell him you want to see him more, but be prepared to stop the relationship completely if he doesn't agree to your terms.

talk to him and let him know how you feel and make plan to hang out during the week
