If you are not running around all day
yet are still having problems keeping your makeup on
and your hair nice and neat,
then maybe the following reasons are the culprits:
1. weather. Is it humid where you live? Does it rain often? What is the wind factor like? Even the season of the year can affect your hair and skin.
2. genes. Look at your family members. Are they battling the same problems? Do they have the same type of hair as you?
3. sebaccous glands. Whether it's genetics or simply because it's summer, it's sound like your skin is oily.
Solutions:
1. Talk to an esthetician or even a lady at the makeup counter in the mall to give you professional advice about what skin type you have and what makeup products are best for you. I have normal to oily skin and find that the best makeup for me is mineral makeup. It won't clog pores, has a natural spf, is hypoallergenic, and best of all, gives me flawless coverage all day long!
2. Keep a small "emergency kit" with you wherever you go.
Have in it both hair and makeup products
for quick touch up's on-the-go.
3. Go to a higher-end hair/beauty salon and get professional advice on what products are best for your hair type. They will show you what to buy and how to use it.
Hope that helps! :)

maybe you need to change your type of makeup. Do you wear liquid foundation or do you use a powder? If you wear liquid, try the types that say that they last all-day or long-wear types. My routine is to wash my face, put on moisturizer first and then my makeup. This will help the makeup last. Do you have oily skin? If so, your best bet will be a liquid foundation, followed up with a pressed powder. Dry skin does well with cream foundation. You should also use a concealer under your makeup as well. This will help with coverage and last longer. You should also look at the type you have. Many do not cover well and not last all day without touch up throughout the day. Notice to see if your current makeup is "sheer". This means that it is not designed to cover well. Try a "matte" powder. It covers well. I think with any makeup at some point throughout the day you will have to do a small touch up. Just try the long wear makeups and see if it helps. You should be able to find it at a local drug store for under $20. For your hair, try a cute pony tail. Visit a store that has the hair magazines to find a cool style you like and other styles that you could switch up on. Pony tails are always cute.

Try to use makeup that lasts on the whole day. Colorstay from Revlon is a good start. Re your hair, try shampoos and conditions that smooth the hair and prevent frizz. Matrix and Biolage are some of the best ones in the markets.

Well what you should try is the kind of make up that stays on for 24 hours! That stuff works! And for your hair try hairspray or gel or something like that! Hopefully I helped you out!!

You probalby don't need the make up you wear. Wash your face and moisturize. Apply mascara and a lip gloss. Pin your hair up or place it a bun and use a light pomade.
