My penis has full pubic hair, but it has not grown much in width or length. My health is great and i have no nutrient problems, lack of blood supply or any kind of diseases but yet my penis is underdeveloped. The mouth of my penis is red, does this mean that it is infected? How do i cure this too.
On a side note puberty on me began quite late, my voice didn't change until i was 14, nor did i grow taller until 14, my underarm hair has like 3 strands of 1/2 inch.
Does this mean that i have not fully gone through puberty or something else? Thanks for your help.

routine foreskin removal is not grounded in medical science
this is because the foreskin helps protect against, for example, urinary tract infections.
foreskins usually take between 5 years or until adolescence to detach from the glans. this is a natural process and should not be forced by some silly daily ritual of stretching. you could damage it.
your case is slightly abnormal, but remember you're still going through adolescence... and the other things you described about late puberty make me think you'll just have to wait a little longer than most.
this is fine.

be assured your body knows what it's doing.
your doctor should tell you this when you go see him, which you should do as well as asking us all here, cos there's never anything wrong with a checkup.
just make sure this doctor is not a part of the foreskin trade. i kid you not.

Don’t freak out. It has nothing to do with puberty. This happened to my older brother. He realized it when he was in middle school and had to shower. When you were little you should have learned that when you wash yourself you have to wash your penis tip and pull back the foreskin as far as it goes to wash there too. The reason for this it to slowly stretch out the skin so it can eventually slip over the head easily. If you don’t do this it can hinder growth and the skin will remain tight. All you have to do is stretch out the skin little by little over a period of time and you should be fine. Since most guys are cut they never had to think about this. If you think your problem can’t be fixed as easily as this then go see a doctor about circumcision.

The issue with the head of your penis being attached to your foreskin is something that is going to require a visit to the doctor. It sounds as though you were not circumsized as an infant, or if you were, it wasn't properly done. I don't mean to scare you, but there may be some minor surgery required to fix the problem.
Please remember that your penis is a very delicate and sensitive part of your body. If you injure your penis now, you have to live with it the rest of your life. Please see a doctor right away.

OMG, call your Dr. Make an appointment, and ask him or her. Normally a males penis is full grown by 17 yrs old. Not that your case is a problem, maybe your penis isnt going to get any larger.. Dont fret!

You don't need to be circumcised. If its still not retractable by age 18 go see a doctor who is not cut happy. It probably wouldn't hurt to see a doctor anyway if you have an annual checkup coming up. Then you could ask your doctor these questions.
