When looking at evaluations the things we look for are generally the same, no matter what you are designing.
Did you follow the project brief (ie make or design what you were meant to) to the customer specifications.
Does the final project meet or exceed things already in use.
Best thing to do though are:
Work out what you did, and how you could do it better/quicker/cheaper the next time.
What you learnt from your success.
What you learnt from your mistakes.
How you are communicating your ideas to others, whether in written or graphic format.
And very importantly... how you solved problems.

Look at your specification. You should have began with a list of statements along the lines of "The t-shirt must be colourful, the t-shirt must fit an adult" etc. Then compare it to what you ended up with and explain how you made sure it conformed to the spec, or how it differed. If it differed explain how it could be made better. If all went well thenthink of other things that could have been improved. You should also seek the opinion of the person it was designed for (find a friend if you didn't have anyone in mind.)
That's a basic evaluation. You can also examine the cost of production-materials-time, Health and safety. Materials used and their effectiveness eg do they burn, what is their tensile strength etc. The tools you used to make it. Whether it could be mass produced, has the market developed since you began the product, the list is endless but the first para gives you the essentials.

What you have learnt, if it is for an experiment then what you would change if you were to do it again, if it went how u planned etc you just have to be self critical of your work, if you can point out your mistakes then you will get more marks, only if you correct them though!!
Hope this helped and good luck!!

Whether you met the success criteria of your project. Were there any quality aspects that had to be met? What went well with your project and what didn't go so well. Problems encountered and what you did about them

what's good and what's bad with whatever you just said, including the limits of what you said and any theoretical problems with your assertions. you mean the thing that comes after the conclusion, right?
