Nowhere in the bill of rights are you guaranteed privacy. You have a right against unreasonable search and seizure by the state, and that's it. I, as a private citizen, can invade your privacy all I want, and all you can do is get annoyed.
Look at celebrities... do you think that if they had some legal right to privacy they would just tolerate all the crap people publish about them, or their pictures, etc? Sure, some of it helps their careers, but most of it has to just piss them off if they sat to read a tabloid.

There is no "right to privacy" anywhere in the Bill of Rights or the Constitution.... it is all from judicial interpretations.

Read 1984 to see what a spy society without privacy is like. Privacy gives us a sense of self, thats why totalitarian regimes don't like it.

You have a Bill of Rights? Golly, over here we don't even have a written constitution. We do have the Magna Carta- Now where did we leave that?

The Bill of Rights doesn't actually say anything like that. That's a penumbra argument.
