HSBC or EmigrantDirect have rates above 5.
ING Orange account is nice too, but it's about .25% below bother of these two.

ING Direct has a 4.35% APY with no fees or minimums that links to your checking account. Citibank advertises one for 5% but you have to have a checking account with them.
