It's probably best not to take any medication while pregnant. Things can affect different peoplle differently, and what can be OK for one can be bad for someone else. Safer to use natural methods like getting enough rest and drinking soothing drinks. Honey and lemon in hot water can be very soothing. Fresh air, if you're well wrapped up against the cold is also good. (for both of you!)

I was told the only safe medication during pregnancy was Tylenol. I wouldn't take a thing without checking with your doctor.
