Well, I'm afraid i can't place an exact figure on it unless I go and ask all the females alive today if they have had sex before marriage, whether they liked it, or if not, would they have liked to?

I'm afraid I'm not in a position to do that so I'm just going to say a lot. More females than you can fit into several football stadiums have had or would like to have had sex before marriage. Many more would lie because it's a rather personal question.

Personally I think love is the main issue, rather than marriage. I think if a person is in love, then they should have sex. If they are not in love then they should not have sex. I have been socialised to believe and I think that I truly do believe that marriage should come after falling in love. and sex should come somewhere in between.

No arguing about many girls having sex before marriage. But I don't think it's the smartest thing to do. You find many here who say you must have sex before marriage because otherwise you don't know if you're sexually compatible.

Well, I say you shouldn't. First of all, if you don't have sex with anyone before you get married, then you don't need to compare your new husband/wife to anyone else and for all you know, you're having the best sex on this planet.

Also, if you haven't had sex with anyone and neither has your partner, you don't need to worry about STD's. It is said that 1 in 4 young people in Britain has an STD without them knowing about it. Would you like to risk getting it from your spouse?

Don't know about you but I'd rather wait until marriage and then enjoy sex as much as I want.

This whole world is trying to convice us that sex is the most important thing in the world. IT IS NOT!!! In any relationship, respect, caring and loving should be way more important than sex. Then once you marry the person of your dreams, you can show all these things (love, caring and respect) by making love love. Before marriage, there are many other ways to show your feelings other than having sex.

I had sex before marriage but most of my relationships were serious. I do wish I would have waited to have sex when I was in love. Thats a different answer than you would want.

Thanks dude, apparently I'm a sl*t. It's a personal decision, but in this day and age - I'd say a LOT if not most girls will have had sex before they get married.

All sensible ones. Imagine the gamble you're taking if you commit to a guy for the rest of your life and then it then turns out that you and he are sexually miles apart. A life of frustration awaits.
