I have frequent headaches and have to take excedrin twice everyday. What can I do or take so that I don't keep on having them everyday?

It depends on when you get them. It could be stress headaches that are brought on when you are at work or working too hard at home. I would suggest you see your doctor to find out what kind of headaches they are first and then go about treating them. If the Dr. says they are stress oriented, then you need to go about changing the stress level you have at work at home or continue taking the Excedrin twice a day. You might want to consider switching to Alieve since it goes on for 12 hours at a pop until you see the doctor. Good luck!!

I would get the mri just to make sure. I have been having headaches for a month now and all these stupid docs are like THERE'S NOTHING WRONG and then finally they diagnose me with anxiety and panic disorder because im so worried that these headaches are something serious. I wasn't reassured until i got the mri cuz i had had two ct scans before but the mri shows more. You can also see an opthomologist which will tell you if anything is wrong with ur eyes. I hope you find out what this is. good luck

Go and see your doctor right away. It could be serious. Pain is your body's way of telling you that something"s wrong and you need to take action to cure it, not take a pill to disguise the symptoms. That's like shutting the door on a room which is on fire. The fire is still going to be there even if you can't see or feel it!!

it maybe be migrain , with medication it may be ok but betetr go to the Dr my uncle had headache everytime and in the end he got stroke , so better to check with a Dr.

It could be nothing more than stress but to be safe see your doctor he or shee can help you. And you can find out if it is serious or not.
