The maintenance man said it should be done every month to month and a half. mine frosts up to a wintery wonderland in two weeks! HELP!

That seems quick. Check for leaks in the seal around the door that could be letting air in. You can carefully scrape the frost build up by hand. This will keep the build up to a minimum between defrost cycles.

claen cooling coil with vacuum. you may even have to use air any clean out the coils and compressor underneath and the back. this will help a great deal. ive done it on my several times a year.good luck

after you defrost it, spry cooking oil on tthis sides so the ice does not stick as quiclky lol it works
