I would suggest posting tons of resumes online at places like http://www.hotjobs.com http://www.careerbuilder.com http://www.monster.com and http://www.craigslist.com A lot of places are doing most of their hiring online nowadays so I think this would be your best bet. Good luck! :)

Have you tried the casinos. I know two or three just recently opened back up (boomtown, the grand and Isle of Capri, Imperial Palace) I would imagine they would be on the upper levels of the pay scale.
