this is going to sound horrible, but i would much rather take lots of stress/money. with all the drugs, and specifically weed(my favorite) you are able to be completely stressed, on the verge of crying even, and you smoke a few bowls, and you are soooo soooo soooo good to go and relax

Stress comes in many forms -- both good and bad. You learn and grow as a person when under stress. Stress is a very important part of life and one that you should be thankful is present. (Naturally, I'm referring mostly to the "good" stress: getting a promotion, getting married, graduating, buying a car, etc.. Still, things can be learned from "bad" stress, too: loss of a loved one can teach empathy, a "ton of work to do" can teach time management, etc..) As you move up the corporate ladder, more responsibility is shifted your way, and you are compensated by increased salary. The TYPE of stress that involves, however, is different for each person. For example: becoming the White House Spokesperson would be something that an extroverted person could find exhilirating. Give that same job to an introvert and it becomes their worst nightmare. (Present circumstances notwithstanding.) ;) So the key becomes finding a job that you are comfortable with and one that "stresses" you in the "right"/"good" way. Your personality and gifts suit you more to some jobs than others. Just because you love something, doesn't mean you won't ever have ANY stress -- nor does it mean you have to work for scraps. You just have to find the job that has the right balance of "good" stress and good salary. It _is_ possible to do both! :)

Comparision between the two options does nt even arise nor theres an optimum. Because in real life situations money and stress are not the only two factors that one considers before deciding to move on.There are other factors like satisfaction, compulsion, emotions, attachments (both chemical n material), impulse to name a few.
If you have goals n u really want to achieve them, you might have to take loads of stress, there might not be immedeate results. And no stress is too big, no result is too small, when you work hard for something.

Depends on your desires. If you can handle less stress and having less then it is no problem but if you'd like to have the big toys not having them can cause you to be unhappy. Some people thrive on high stress jobs that provide them with a feeling of importance and they may or may not care about the money. No one in government makes more then they could probably have made in the private sector (officially). You think they like the power and prestige of it even though it can be stressful? What sucks is high stress and none of the money or power.... Kind of feels like my life.

Less stress - that must be first priority. You may make little less, there is a lot you have on your health problems later.
Can you not live stress-free? With little practise you can pass through stressful situations with a stress-free mind. You are the one who create stress within. If you learn to keep the mind stress-free more amount of work can be done, that too with pleasure and less errors.

For me - no stress and little money works. When I'm stressed out I don't like myself very much.... or anyone else too much! I don't enjoy life. At this point and time in my life - I have little money - but I'm happy and I still do a lot of things -- you just have to plan a little smarter (and save a little longer).

The middle would be ideal, but I would prefer no stress and little money. If you have lots of stress, you could die and might not get to enjoy the lots of money!^_^

It could be that stress will kill you before you have time to enjoy all your money. Somewhere in the middle is better

As long as you have enough money that I don't have to pay you welfare, I'd say deal with the stress. All who have money, have responsibilities - and they are stressed. But I guarantee you that money is not so stressful as having to beg for your supper or as being in a welfare line.

I think it would be better to have no stress and little money, especially health wise. Even if you're rich and stressed, you're still able to have some issues with health and stuff. so if you're not wealthy and have no stress, you're better off :)
