I am in my third trimester of my pregnancy. I am staying on the forth storey (without elevator). I have other children and I don`t think I can spend some days after birth at any other places. Thinking of it scares me.

The exercise will probably be good for you. (as long as you're not going up and down several times a day. You don't want to OVERdo it) It's the other children that could make it difficult, you don't say how old they are, or how many. Old enough not to find the stairs difficult I hope. I'm sorry you don't have better accomodation. If you,ve been climbing these stairs all during your pregnancy you'll probably be pretty fit. Sorry I can't be more help.

You are not dying, you are having a baby! Billions have done it before you and billions will after you. Most people have to walk up several filghts of stairs each day, pregnant or not. Unless you have some sort of odd condition or your doctor says not to, I think you'll live.
