sounds like you have a 29 day cycle (if you are regular)

all you have to do to find your fertle time is figure out what day you will start your next period and count back 14 days (that is the day you ovulate)

you can check this with body temp (as someone else mentioned) just run a google or yahoo search on basil body temp or you can use a fertility/ ovulation test you can get from the store

good luck, feel free to contact me if you want

Plug the first day of your last period into an online ovulation calendar they can help. but typically count 14 days from the start of your last period that should give you your next ovulation day.

it should have been around the middle of june and have you not gotten your period already for july?? if not then you may be pregnant. if so then you should be ovulating again pretty soon

With every woman it is difficult to predict because your bodies change so much. Females are gentle and sweet, but the best way to catch ovulation is to monitor your temperature. Women's Temps rise when they are ovulating as high as 100o degrees.

I am not sure why this happens, but it is true.

your best time is a week before your period and 3 days after your period that is when your body is fertile
