lower cost of living, and yeah we have bad things here like any city, but I call it home, and we have culture, and history, and a rocking music scene, so to those who blast us, BLAST_OFF

NOOOOO!!!!! Toronto is dull enough but Winnepeg is TERRIBLE! It's boring, no culture what-so-ever. I doubt there are many SouthAsians there! It's mainly white and Native. It's a miserable place. I went for a conference and stayed in my hotel the whole time! I couldn't wait to leave. If Canada is where you want to stay, then I suggest stay in Toronto or move to British Columbia or Montreal.

Of course! Winnipeg has a strong Asian presence in every neighbourhood of the city. The largest concentration of Chinese-Canadians is in Ft. Richmond near the University of Manitoba.
