That would depend. If Bush does indeed have Iraqi oil and he paid for it fair and square, then it's no longer Iraqi oil - it is now his to do with as he pleases. If he took the oil by force (which is more likely), then he should give it back to Iraq - it would be the right thing to do.

Actually is was Jacques Chirac's (or is that ChIraq?) corrupt circle of mobsters that benefitted greatly from the UN Oil-for-Food scam, being plied with oil vouchers in return for kickbacks and illegal arms sales. Perhaps you should ask them. Or the UN secretaries who also stuffed their pockets while Iraqi people went without food or medicine.
No, this war was not about oil, despite the popular 'wisdom'. So any reference to Bush getting oil shows a willful ignorance (an unwillingness to accept facts that contradict one's beliefs) on what has actually been happening.
Like Bush said, you are entitled to your own opinions and views, but you are not entitled to your own 'facts'.

You must have been asleep when the president said he was giving back to the people of Iraq what Saddam had stole from them. Remember the "oil for food" program under Saddam? The money was going to him and his henchmen and those robbers in the UN. Any oil the US gets from Iraq now is paid for, and not in George Bush's pocket.

You really are a poor misguided soul if you believe that he is somehow hording it. Red China is buying up massive amounts of oil, refined gasoline, and just about every other strategic and scarce resource in the world, making them even more scarce and raising their prices at the same time. When you pay $40-80 to fill up your SUV don't cuss Bush, cuss the Chinese Communists. They are the real enemy.

Ever heard of China & India? Both countries are consuming large amounts of the oil market - which drives supply and demand. The demand is high and the supply has not increased - which results in higher prices. Don't sleep through economics class next time & you'll be better educated.

I feel that Bush should just man up and take his charge for the war so that we can continue to purchase oil at lower prices and send most of troops home.

if he had any yes. we have no control over that oil, we didnt swoop in there to take control of it anyway.
the iraqi's still own iraq, and soon they will be represented and protected by a government, and that includes all their natural resources.
the real warmongers are the ones who insight hatred in their fellow people towards their government, not those fighting to protect the defenseless, and democracy.

He is sharing it with us - for a price. We pay his friends in the oil business everytime we buy gas. We pay GW Bush in blood every time one of our soldiers die.
