You really screwed that one up didn't you? It's time to change the oil. Don't even try to start your car with that.

Bad things.
Most cars only hold 4 or 5 quarts of oil in the first place-- a quart of coolant is not a negligible amount.
The coolant is not easily separated from the oil-- the heat and the action of the oil pump will make the coolant form clumps of nasty grey goo that don't do much to lubricate your engine. Pure water at least would have a chance at boiling off-- but the ethylene glycol in anti-freeze will ensure that it's not going anywhere.
If the engine hasn't already been severely damaged by the poor lubrication, the engine will need to be flushed thoroughly to ensure the oil galleries, pump, and sump are fully rid of the contaminent.

Starting your car even for a second as some of the people here suggest will only make your problem far worse. The moment you crank your engine, you are mixing the oil and antifreeze together and pumping it throughout your engine. Right now it is mostly in a small area and in your drain pan.
Drain your oil completely and replace filter. Replace oil with cheap stuff and then repeat. Refill with good oil and call a mechanic for further advice.
Once you spread the antifreeze throughout the engine, things will only be worse. If you attempt to drive this car the way it is.............................................

Locked up engine. You need to get it out of there. Maybe even flush your engine or leave the drain plug out and let it drain for awhile. Pour a few quarts of oil through to help flush it and pull and replace your oil filter. Next time check the cap, it should have 710 or oil written on it depending on the direction it's turned.

Not good! But easily remidied. The coolant will not hurt the engine unless you try to drive it far. It will lower the viscosity of the existing oil and not allow it to lubricate the motor properly and possibly cause damage to the motor.
Change the oil where it sits. If you have to drive it, don't go far!
Get someone to go over all the locations inside the engine compartment that need to be checked for fluids, and mark them if needed. Such as oil, tranny, coolant, power steering, brake fluid and W/shield fluids.
Hey, it's one of those 'live and learns' ....we all f@#k up, so don't sweat it.

LOL SUX FOR YOU... it will seriously mess it up. Oil is a lubricant while coolant acts to hold in cold. The gears have to be able to turn with some kind of warmth so thus if it's cold, it won't turn very good. I suggest draing your oil pan, flush it out, and put more oil in it.

You will RUIN YOUR ENGINE!
DO NOT drive the car and avoid starting the engine if you can.
Call a local mechanic if you have one and get his advice.
The oil needs to be drained and replaced as soon as possible.

It would screw your car up - oil allows for the car to function properly - the engine would seize or probably just not start

Basically, you're going to kill your engine! Drain it asap and replace it with the required oil that your car needs and pray that there is no damage done.
