Does anybody know what a Takasago 160AX21WF e69-7 wheel fits?

takasago is the rim manufacturer. the size is 1.60inches wide inside the bead area (where tyre fits) and its 21 inches diameter. it could be off almost any Motocross or enduro bike from last 30+yrs.
does it have disc brake or drum? take a look at the hub (bit in the middle where spokes go) for names/markings, at least that would narrow things down somewhat
