Putting it in the way God sees it,for a person to run around with a married person no matter what female or male it is wrong ! And the married person should know better because they took their vows before God . They both will be held accountable for the sin they have done.

this is not a simple yes no answer.
It may be platonic now but will it stay that way? Women have this weird ability to only want to be friends with a guy. They think it's cool having a guy friend.
Now. Unless the guy is gay he wants something more out of this friendship. He is sneaky, he wouldn't admit when cornered in order to keep close but he's ready when she is.
the husband doesn't want her running around with him because he knows the guy would jump her if given the chance (if he isn't already).

I guess this answer varies. If the spouse is aware and fully supports their spouse's needs and wants, however if this person is running around with a married woman, they are opening themselves up for a world of hurt, either by developing feelings for that other person, or that other person's spouse finding out.

a married person, be it man or woman should not run around with a person of the opposite sex if the spouse doesn't approve. the spouse generally has a reason to disapprove.

Yes. Bottom line is even good people tend to stray when the situation presents itself enough. If the wife really cares she wouldn't put herself in a situation that could easily turn bad. If she wants to spend time with him she should do it with her spounse present.
