no prenatal vitamins help you get pregnant not birth control pills....although during you first month they recommed that you still use another form of birth control as you body adjusts to the new hormones in you body as the risk is higher for pregnanay....they stop you from getting pregnant as long as taken as prescribed

Yes this is true, my OBGYN puts you on the pill for two weeks if you are having trouble concieving and then most women are pregnant within 2 months.
Now I was on the pill for 4 years and became pregnant the first 3 weeks of trying.
the opposite used to be true, but now they are such a low dose.
IT is reccommend to wait at least 3 months though, because there could still be a small trace of the pill in your body.

The Pill is just a conservative way for females to have sex without worryong about the consequences.
Think again...there have been many females that have got pregnant while on the pill...it's not 100% safe, but would you be the unlucky one to to be that 2%. Take chance , you just might get lucky and get pregnant!

It took me 3 years to get pregnant because of birth control pills. What htey may do is straighten out irregular periods so the it's easier to predict ovulation...but if you were irregular before, once you stop you may contiue to be irregular

Yeah but only after you stop taking them. Once your body realizes you're not getting the extra hormone, it has to work overtime to start producing it again so therefore you're more fertile. Just use a condom or an extra birth control (i.e. spermicidal jelly) and you should be fine. Unless you wanna have babies, then just have at it :)

It's true that when used correctly that b/c pills can prevent pregnancy at a succuess rate of about 98%, it is also correct that you shouldn't smoke while using the pill or patch and that it may prevent pregnancy but doesn't prevent STD's or AID's
