If it is a common issue, I would check with your doctor.
If you are on your feet a lot, the stress will cramp them, also if you have issue's with your back. The finger issue sounds a little more serious. Please check with your family physician.

Cramps in the soles and calves of ones feet is also an indicator of a lack of salt. Excess booze could also be a factor!

You might be low on calcium or magnesium. Both of those can cause cramps. Booze probably could do it as it kills off vitamins, don't know about weed.

It may be "tarsal tunel syndrome" like "carpal tunnel syndrome of hands. Booze,strenuous exercise,obesity,and diabetes can explain it.
