I think Jeb Bush will be the next US President. Not because he is the best candidate or that he will win the electoral or popular vote but because the Bush family and the Republicons have a stranglehold on the US Presidency. They fixed the last two elections and they will continue to do so until some one stops them. I think in November 2006 they will fix other close elections to maintain their control in the US Congress as well.
The best Democrats for office are Howard Dean and Al Gore...
The best Republican for office is John McCain...
I can only hope and pray that the next US President will be one of those three men. The freedoms and future of the USA depend on it!

John McCain will lose but if anyone (Republican or Democrat) can get him as running mate, I see that person winning. If no one can the Democrats win.
I see Bill Frist or the New Mexico governor (don't know his name but he is popular) as the lead contenders for the Republican nomination. Though Jeb Bush and Condi Rice look like close possibilities. I'm not sure about Rudy Guliani, I believe he is popular and has a good chance of taking it himself, but only if he runs, and it is hard to tell if he will or not. Condi Rice especially has a good chance if Hilary Clinton is the Democratic nominee.
I see Hilary Clinton as the frontrunner but fear that a woman would not make the presidency right now may keep Democrats from choosing her. Also fear of her reputation as a cold fish may stop her nomination as well. Charles Schumer is the next logical choice to me. I think he has it in him to win, but only if John McCain stays away from the Republican ticket as a running mate to anyone on the Republican side. But John Edwards is definitely a good chance as well.
I personally pick Bill Frist to win with John McCain, or Charles Schumer if he doesn't.

In a few decades probably a decent oldman called 50cent. (I am sorry for you americans. you have to few choices when electing a president. I mean... the blow-jobing clinton, and now the evil Dr. Bush who wants to take over the whole world).

it depends on the matchup
If Mccain can get republican nomination, then he will win against any democrat.
If Hillary Clinton receives the democratic nomination almost any Republican can beat her. This is just a sad fact about the democratic party controllers. She is popular in the east, but if you think she can carry any state Kerry couldn't - your doping.
I hope its MCCAIN vs GORE
Then i'm okay with whoever wins.
