Wow, that's a lot of different symptoms! The most likely diagnosis seems to be endometriosis, but that condition usually worsens over time instead of having a quick onset. Constipation can cause many of those symptoms (except vaginal bleeding), including watery diarrhea, which can travel around impacted stool! New medications can cause many of these symptoms.

I know you are in pain and frustrated, but please understand that abdominal pain can be very difficult to diagnose. It is not uncommon that someone can have problems with chronic abdominal pain that has no discernible organic origin (e.g. we never find out what is causing it). An abdominal XRay needs to be done and possibly a CT of the abdomen/pelvis.

I hope you are able to get this taken care of very soon! Best wishes!

A quick note in response to some of the other answers. Kidney stones and urinary tract infection would give abnormal results on a urinalysis. Ovarian cancer advanced enough to cause these symptoms should be seen on an ultrasound!

Sounds more like a combination of possible kidney stones with a really bad bladder infection; I'd go see a urologist right away; I had/have similar symptoms and that's what it was for me; also, maybe your gall bladder! Also, have you started any new medication lately, say for acid reflux? Sometimes this is one of the symptoms: severe stomach distress. Also, you say you have no money, go and join your local clinic(they'll take your income/situation into consideration and hopefully give you a fee of maybe $10-30 per visit including all tests, bloodwork, operations(you'd probably pay a low fee, maybe just mid hundred's instead of thousands); If you already go to a clinic, YOU CALL and tell them again; bring this along with you...

Go back to your doctor and demand an answer. You/your insurance company is paying the bills, so get the help you need. If he/she does not help or can not help, ask your doctor for the name of another doctor or call you insurance company and have them direct you to another doctor in your area that can help. You have problems and need to get medical attention. If neither is possible, go to the emergency room for pain and discomfort.

Not to scare you, but your symptoms sound like ovarian cancer. Ask your doctor to test you for that. Could be something much less frightening, but to be on the safe side, I would demand to be tested. Alot of times doctors won't check for it, especially if you are young. Ask for it. No, demand it! Good Luck!

See my previous answer on this. I believe a diagnosis of Endometriosis is worth looking into. See you local women's clinic or even Planned Parenthood to talk to their gyn on staff at low or no cost. Good luck and feel better.

i had the same problem. exactly. you need to make your gyn do another scan. i had a 4 inch cyst on my ovary. it eventually burst. you need to either make your doc do another test or see another doc.
