Who told you this? It's not true. Orgasm can relieve any cramping. Just remember that you CAN get pregnant if you ovulate during this time.

you could have sex during period although it would be messy it DOES HAVE A USEFUL THING IT WILL HELP RELIEVE CRAMP.
