No, it isn't necessary. If the body generates too much seminal fluid and it must be released, the body will do that without any assistance. If there was something wrong with the body, so that it could not release seminal fluid unconsciously, or if the pressure could not be relieved, it would cause pain.
I have never heard of anybody suffering physically due to not relieving the pressure of the seminal fluid. To say that it is a necessity is not correct. People who say such things are only trying to justify indulging in self-pleasure.

well, if you are sexually excited then its one of the best ways to end this excitement, it is scientifically proven that it is very normal for people to masturbate and that it does no physical harm,
if you think its a bad habbit then the best way to escape it, is to occupy yourself with something else and keep your mind off sex,
but yes its normal to masturbate up to 4 times a day
but its not a MUST though because after a while you will ejaculate in a wet dream .. its how humans are designed

Masturbation is natural. Heck, some animals do it. It relieves tension, calms people, and is a good alternative to risky behavior.

well those guys who are sexually active,horny(sexually aroused and cant get a sex partner) and addicted to sex they always tend to have the need to do so..
thats what i knw..but i do not know how its like for your case.
As a girl,I think men who does this,is kinda sick...
the Thought of it alone makes me wanna puke.
But its not neccessary u knw.You can always control yourself from doing so.I find it stupid hearing men masturbating.You're losing sperms unneccesarily.Oh damn what a waste..
Rather than wasting em' i'd suggest u to donate em to the sperm bank.Cos some men arent as fortunate to produce the healthy kinda sperms to help their wife to reproduce.
And one more reason why i'd advice u not to masturbate is for one simple reason.If you've done it,you re bound to get addicted to it.And thats a No-no..Its sick! ewwww....

I don't think it is a must need. But yes it does happen, and at puberty, is a common occurance.

depends on the way you take it. its a sin to masturbate and yes you can abstain from it. nothing wrong in controlling it. take care
