1) When they have saturated a solution

2) When they are polar and are placed in a non-polar solvent

3) When they are non-polar and are placed in a polar solvent

4) When the solubility constant changes due to other substrates or temperature changes.

5) Electrical separation.

6) Bonding. sulfide, hydrogen, ionic, covalent or otherwise.

7) When you ask nicely.

8) When they're shape is alter changing they're solubility. This can happen when antibodies bind.
