Just like the tranporter in Star Trek, but rather than move entire people at once, I'd use it to beam bad stuff like poison and germs out of people's bodies and beam good stuff like water into their bodies. It would analyze a person at the molecular level to remove every undesired molecule from the body. It could even repair DNA damage. That way, if you get cancer, rather than just killing the cancer cells it would fix the DNA in the cancer cells so they're healthy useful cells again.

1. An ORGANISM, which can eat PLASTIC and decompose it back to it's basic components.
2. An AIR POLLUTANT ABSORBER to absorb all the carbon dust and chemicals from the heavily polluted atmospheres of cosmopolitan cities
3. A SMART WATER FILTER to filter chemical and biological waste water and sea water to produce Fresh Drinking water.
4. TREATMENT for AIDS
