Right-handed people should wear it on their left and and left-handed people should wear it on their right hand because it doesn't get scratched, used, washed, etc. as much. I switch hands every several months because if I keep it on one hand too long it leaves a lighter stripe than the rest of my arm.

When I have a watch (I always lose them) I wear it on my right wrist because I am left handed and it pinches your arm when you are writing.

Well , I used to wear it on my left , but now I wear it on the right. My husband bought me a silver watch and I wear gold rings on my left hand, so it won't match. I know it sounds stupid , but it works for me !!
