Well... first the boy flea offers the girl flea a drink or two. Once she starts feeling a little tipsy (not easy with six legs you know) he says "Hey, I know a nice quiet spot above the collar over there where we can just relax... Fido's hair is longer here so nobody can see us...why don't take advantage of this privacy and make ourselves more comfortable..." Then if the girl flea doesn't flee away after all the corny come on lines, all twelve legs get tangled up ...in a rousing game of chess until one flea's king gets trapped and the other one shouts "mate."
