well it was a scaving report on american politics and a very
unflattering report on bush, and revealed some attributes about the man, but his basic personality is easily read, he"s not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, as far as the war goes, its political
a republican hot potato, he is proud of being a war president, i"m
not sure ,its some thing to be proud of , but war never is , i dont
believe death sorrow missery suffering is something any of us want , however it is part of the human condition, and there are countries whom just dont get it, countries with leaders whom are disfunctional at best and by our standards mentally ill,and bring an attitude ,their personal fears played out as politics in a world arena for all to see ,, common since simply states if your not driving either get out , or shut up and enjoy the ride if possible ,the very qualities that make a leader can also destroy ,
them as well as a country ,it is unfortunate we live in a world where we must police others , man has come a long way but we are an animal whom has not lost its preditory stripes , and we still enjoy the hunt and savor our victories, little leaders with big attitudes can certainly reek havok on a sleepy world,, but fool around long enough and wake the giant and lessons will be learned, , any body can be made to look good or unpleasant or even the fool, but for some it is a little easier than others,, its a mess , some times things are done for the wrong reasons
but in the end it is still the right thing to do we hope , in any event , 911 was an eye opener,, and fair bush was caught with there pants down ,, i think we will see much more in the future,
on both sides of the fence, its just another tool we will use and sadlyit means tighter security for our leaders , cause there afraid of video intrusion in to there personal lives , and they do have personal lives, with problems too , kids wife etc, whom knows what the future holds ,,

Michael Moore has the opportunity to say what he wants because he has the freedom to do so, THANKS to the many that have died for that right.
Fahrenheit 9/11 wasn't a documentary, it was his opinion, and he easily took and manipulated things that President Bush has said and done and turned them completely around.
I don't have a problem with anyone speaking their mind and expressing their feelings. But I think that people shouldn't try and back something up unless they have hard core facts, and that just isn't the case with Michael Moore.
I've said this before, but if you dislike the President, or you disagree with this war, you are in tilted to feel that way, but people have made up lie after lie about our Government, our
Military, our President, and most disturbing, September 11th. And what is saddest of all, these lies are not coming from people of other Countries, but from the Americans.
Michael Moore doesn't care about the American people, and he doesn't care about 9/11 and the effects it had on our great country. He cared about making millions of dollars, which is exactly what he did.

I hate Bush, the war, and everything else that the current administration stands for (though I am, probably conservative in my voting).
Even with that in mind, I felt that Michael Moore's documentary is just bull$@! propaganda. Moore technique is to use human fallacies such as vividness bias in order to make a "emotional" argument - but not a logical one. This has been his style since his first ANTI-GM documentary Roger & ME.
Okay, so the movie is pure propaganda - did it work? Well no. Bush is still president and why? The only people who view Michael Moore's sermon already sitting in his choir. So this movie was both faulty and irrelevant at changing public perception.

There are very few productions which are completely objective. The ones that I consider having the most credibility are the ones produced by PBS, National Geographic, The Learning Chanel and The History Chanel.
When something is produced by one individual, it is usually subjective with a slant towards the individual's beliefs.

I think he has a lot of good points but there are times in the movie when you can tell he is just trying to make Bush look bad, paint things in a bad light by how he says things, rather than reporting it objectively and letting us decide. But not everything he says is that way, and one can see Bush did screw up a lot and didn't need any help in making it look bad.

One of the best films ever. It is a documentary, it has news footage and clips in it.
People are just mad and bashing it because they voted for Bush and now feel like complete idiots.
None of it is fabricated. I don't think Moore can fake Bush's, Condy's, Colin's voices of things they have said on camera.

There are actual facts in the movie.
Regardless of the voice saying them....
At least he went line by line of everything he said and gave a source for the information ..............

A moviemaker can edit and manipulate film to show whatever point of view he wants. That is what Moore did with this film. It is thought provoking but don't take what you see as absolute truth. Much of it was taken out of context.

I think extremism and half-truths are bad regardless of the political faction they represent. Michael Moore is to liberals what Bill O'Reilly is to conservatives. Specifically, they're both raving lunatics, and liars to boot.
