We are living with my parents and she has had several guys over for sex while I was at work, I'm not gonna leave her here with my parents, they hate her too. Please be more specific in answering

if u know for a fact she is having sex in your parents house being married to u then file for a divorce but u should not force her out on the street u want her gone well sometimes u have to help so u should go out and rent a apt for her and then go home and talk not yell and tell her why u want her to leave and let her know that u r not putting her on the street that u have a place set up for her to help her get started on her own right now she has all the comforts so she will need that little push good luck!

That is extremely disrespectful. You need to take her to court because it is obvious that she is not going to leave on her own accord. Have your parents take her to court and have her evicted and then get a legal divorce. Because you cannot just kick her out, legally if she has been living there for 30 days or more. That really sucks, but good luck to you.

You should file for divorce. Have the attorney send her a letter to leave the house within a certain time frame.
Also, if the house belongs to your parents, they can make her leave as long as her name isn't on the deed. They would have to call the police to have her removed. Its not a nice situation, but that's definitely one way to do it.

If your both living with your parents, and she is bringing men there, that is very disrespectful to both you and your family. Divorce the woman I am sure the judge will side in your favor with some proof of infidelity.

Honey, thats what a divorce is for. You want to leave so you want her to leave the house? Why the hell would or should she? File for divorce if you want out of the relationship....the judge will decide who the hell is leaving.

You'll have to file an order with a judge in order to legally remove her. Contact a lawyer, or legal aid to get the proper paperwork going.
