Read as many fashion magazines as possible. Try to emulate what you see in these magazines. Look for popular trends in them and try to buy this things when you go shopping. Also there are certain kinds of stores that only sell stylish things. Shop at those stores and you can't go wrong.

Read fashion magazines and figure out what sort of clothes you're drawn to over and over. Pay attention to what your favorite celebrities wear. There is no "one" style right now...everything from preppy stripes to rocker skull patterns are "in." To develop a style, you need to stick with mostly one look or combine elements from a few, don't be a trend-hopper who goes bohemian one day and ultra-glam the next!

be yourself everyone has a different style stick to what you know best dont try to wear things you feel uncomfortable in i love dressing sassy and chic but thats just me. go shopping pick up things that catch your eye dont be afraid and it will all come together
