I will definately go with the butterfly scenario. In addition to that my little bundle of joy felt like there was something doing somersaults to one side in my belly when I first felt any sort of movement.

It was really magical.

Everyone says it feel different. Mine was a squirming feeling. Some say it feels like gas or butterflies (didn't feel like that at all for me!)

Its sometimes hard to describe so just because yours doesn't resemble the "text book" description does not mean it isn't fetal movement!

Obviously though if its the baby and you're in the second trimester then it will be much lower down than where you would normally feel your tummy rumbling!!!

Early movements can feel a bit like butterflies in your tummy, don't know about rumbling though!! You might have eaten too much & it's all trying to go down!!!!!!!

yea rumbles can be the baby moving. also it can feel like little pops in ur abdomen. i know in my lower abdomen where my intestines use to be before i got pregnant, i use to think i had gas but i would never fart. then the day of my 20 wk ultrasound the baby was putting on a show and thats when i realized that those feelings of gas was actually the baby moving!I never understood the whole butterfly feeling thing until later on, whn the baby would turn, i would have a lightening feeling that felt like butterflies in my belly.

Yep, early on it feels like rumbling, or gas, or indigestion, but with no wind or ill feeling. The further on you get the more definite you'll feel about them. Lately mine have become quite annoying, very hard and sometimes painful! (Though all in a nice way, as if they stop I get concerned!)

Yes it does feel like rumbling! I thought I had wind passing through my system until I realised that it was somebody squirming around inside there! Congratulations and good luck!

Could do. Every body is different.
Just wait till you can see an elbow or knee sticking out.
Amazing
Good luck
PS Have you got the "zip" yet? Nobody tells you about that one!
