You're problem is that you are sane, but lured by the insane. Stay away from those girls, unless they seriously want out. I hope you can make these guys realize how corny and gender confused they really are. I live around some real bad rednecks, and live with the worst, but he came around. i think, just an opinion here.some girls think that for whatever reason , they don't deserve to be with someone decent.i know you've heard the term"loser magnet"..i have so many friends that,dang! what made you think this guy would get any better with time? and the guy that they dated in between jerks was a great guy...maybe it's being attracted to the bad boy..i'm a woman, & not all of us like the jack ***..maybe it's the drama queen in alot of women now days...wish i could give you a more definitive answer,but some women wonder the very same thing...

They don't, they are just stuck in unhealthy patterns.
Most women who are with men who treat them badly have a history of abuse and neglect from men (and potentially) women from their family and from their past.
They often have a low sense of self-worth and self-esteem and think they deserved to be treated poorly or think they will never do any better.
Just because a woman is with a worthless man doesn't mean she likes it.
In fact, she probably doesn't know how to get out of the situation and will continue to repeat the same negative patterns over and over again.
Until she meets a good guy, like yourself, who can show her how she deserves to be treated she will likely never break the cycle.

Because they have low self-esteem and feel they don't deserve any better or they believe they can "fix" these guys. For the record: regardless of upbringing, background, status or anything else... every woman deserves to be treated with respect! And I don't care how cute the "fixer-upper" guy is or how many good qualities he has behind closed doors... forget about it. Unless he's willing to take his problems to a professional get out NOW and don't look back.

Its because they are hurting deep inside and have a very low opinion of themselves, this stems from another issue that they are dealing with perhaps from their childhood or maybe a terrible event. If they are familiar with ill treatment it may be a distorted comfort for them to continue to be treated that way. Change, even for the better, can sometimes be terrifying.
