The contracts in his team are outrageous. Why would he get guys with such large contracts? Jamal Crawford -- 5 years, $43m; Eddy Curry -- 5 years, $52.5m; Quentin Richardson -- 4 years, $33.2m
; Jerome James -- 4 years, $25m; Steve Francis -- 3 years, $52.7m; Stephon Marbury -- 3 years, $59.2m. And the worst part is none of them have been able to do anything. Steve Francis practically disappeared in New York.

lol, if the shitty contracts weren't enough, how about drafting Renaldo Balkman #20 in the NBA draft while Marcus Williams was available on the board. I love Isiah, he never fails to dissapoint as a general manager year in, year out. It's one thing to make a boneheaded move so that you have some cap space to work with, that I'd understand...but to make the boneheaded move WHILE jeopardizing your cap...that's classic, they should make one of those mastercard commercials for Isiah:
Jamal Crawford -- 5 years, $43m;
Eddy Curry -- 5 years, $52.5m;
Quentin Richardson -- 4 years, $33.2m
; Jerome James -- 4 years, $25m;
Steve Francis -- 3 years, $52.7m;
Stephon Marbury -- 3 years, $59.2m.
Isiah taking a prospective NBA franchise, making the most pointless picks in the draft, and pissing off the entire upstate New York: Priceless

I agree wit the one of the guys above,now Jerome james i didnt understand but Crawford is a good player,Marbury is an all-star, and Francis was the probally the best point guard in da league b4 orlando traded away his long-time friend(Cuttino Mobley for Doug Christie talkin bout stupid moves).Ppl wanna blame Isaiah for the knicks troubles but aside from the payroll isaiah put together that was significantly better than the year b4 and all Larry Brown was able to do with that team was create confusion(40 sumthin diffrent line-ups) and create the nba's worst team. Isaih did a good job indiana and i think if hes gven time he will get himself out of this mess dat was created once Van Gundy left da Knicks.

He obviously thought that if you gathered enough talent together, things would work out for themselves. He doesn't seem to understand that chemistry is the most important thing to a team. If you need proof of this just look back to when the Pistons beat the Lakers a few years back, a team with 4 future Hall-of-Famers.
He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Congratulations Isaiah. You not only managed to screw up one of the biggest basketball teams in the league, but you managed keep them screwed with huge contracts for years to come. Cheers.
