If everything could stay as it is right now. If I could always have my family as it is, then yes. All we have is the here and now and our memories of the past. I don't want to ever let those go. To be able to cuddle with my son for all eternity, to never have to worry about all the things that could possible happen, to never have to wonder if my time, my son's time, or husbands time will come to soon would be bliss. I know that the world can be cruel at times, but this is all I know. No one can garentee me that there is an after life, that I will always be surrounded by those I love. For all anyone knows we are all just a bunch of molcules that will be recycled back into the earth and forgotten in time. With this as an option I would choose to live forever.

If my cells are not dying post maturation, then they are overproducing in the form of cancerous tumors. It's a bit of a conundrum. Could we implant my consciousness into a mechanical device? Well, even if we were cognitive masters, then perhaps we would more easily accept demise.
Maybe my consciousness could get downloaded onto a hard drive, and we could all live in a matrix, not having to worry about overpopulation of the immortals. Hey, maybe. I'd like to try it for a few hundred years at least. Good luck downloading consciousness though.
No, I would not like to live forever, unless forever were in your arms. If you're male, or an unattractive woman, then I'll just as soon die.

Yes. I understand why a person wouldn't want to live forever in the conditions on earth right now. But what if earth were restored to God's original purpose, with human beings living in peace as caretakers of the earth and the animal population? What if there were no more sickness or death? What if those we love that had died in the past were brought back to life on earth? These are the things the Bible promises.

Absolutely not! That would be way too much sadness to live past my children, and their children, and so forth. Although many dislike the thought of dying, it is a very necessary process, and it much better than living forever.

Sure, I'd love to live forever. I'd want all my friends and family to also be able to live forever. Just think of how much one person could accomplish if they knew nothing would kill them.

Would my loved ones live forever too? Would I continue to age? Would I be immortal?

not unless plans were in place where every living human was sterilized so they quit having babies... at the current rate I am terrified to think how over crowded our planet will be in 100 years.. not to mention the pollution level.. its best to die before living in such horrible conditions
